French fry pork which has been dredged in corn starch. Fry until done inside and slightly crisp on the outside. Drain.
Stir fry carrots, green pepper and ginger slices in bacon grease (Salad Oil)
Add Pork and mix
Add sauce
Stir and serve over steamed rice.
French Fry the pork a second time to make certain the outside is crisp
