Suggest a better description1. Add pork to combined marinade and allow to stand several hours in the refrigerator.
2. Cut and chop vegetables as described, combine sauce ingredients.
3. Dredge pork in cornstarch. Allow cornstarch to become moist, then deep fry pork, 7 or 8 pieces per batch, until light brown or at least 6 to 8 minutes. Remove with skimmer and drain on paper towel.
4. Heat wok for stir frying. Add 2 T. oil and heat. Add garlic, ginger and onion. Stir fry until onion begins to look translucent. Add green pepper and fry 2 to 3 minutes more.
5. Add tomato chunks, sauce mix and pineapple chunks. Stir until mixture thickens and clears. Add pork, stir quickly and serve.
