Suggest a better descriptionThis recipe does not exact measurments, You have to adjust the amounts according to how much fish you are using. Saute onion, celery, diced carrots, green pepper in 1 tablespoon oil until tender. Add tomato sauce, lemon juice and brown sugar. Stir till blended. Pour on top of fish placed in a pan.
