In large bowl, combine cream cheese and sour cream. Beat until smooth. Beat in taco seasoning and jalapeños. Mix in 3/4 cup cheese. Fold in corn and mix well. Place mixture into a 9 inch square baking dish. Cover with remaining 3/4 cup shredded cheese. Garnish top with sprinkles of taco seasoning. Bake at 300 degrees until cheese is melted and bubbly. Do not over bake.
