Combine flour, sugar, coconut and melted butter
Push into base of pan
Bake for 15 minutes and then let stand for 15 minutes
Make caramel by combining condensed milk, , golden syrup, butter over low heat - stirring - for 7 minutes until thickened
Pour over warm base
Bake for 12 minutes until golden
Cool in pan and place on wire rack
Melt butter and chocolate - spread over caramel - place in fridge
