This sweet creamy topping is delicious in crepes, great on french toast or pancakes, and a wonderful addition to any dessert, baked or otherwise. You could also eat it with fresh fruit, ore even stir it into oatmeal.
Combine all ingredients in a medium-sized bowl and whisk until smooth. If it doesn't become smooth after a few minutes of mixing, push it through a fine mesh strainer. Taste it and add more sugar or vanilla to taste if need be.
This is an extremely versatile topping. Make sure it has a smooth consistency and look.
