Spread approximately 1½ cups of batter onto teflex lined tray. Score into desired shapes and dehydrate at 145 degrees for 1 hour, then 115 for 4-6 hours until dry enough to turn out onto the screen. Continue to dehydrate an additional 12-24 hours until desired crispness is obtained.
