use the sheet maker to produce sheets of sweet potatoes. Cut into shapes desired from plain ol' squares to anything from a cookie cutter. Place on parchment lined cookie sheet. Brush with avocado oil. Sprinkle with kosher salt and chopped rosemary. Bake for 45 minutes at 275 (yes, very low). Serve with hummus or white bean dip or other tasty spread.
