Crust:
Cut sweet potato in thin slices, add it in layers around the oven pan, 180' C for 20 min
Other:
Chop halloumi, whisk eggswith milk, salt and oregano, add the rest of the stuffing and the halloumi, pour into the crust and let it cook for an hour or so at 180-200 until the top browns . Check periodically that the inside is cooked.
