Seasoned sweet potato wedges
Spray baking sheet with cooking spray and set aside.
Wash potatoes and pat dry using paper towels. Leave skins on. Slice potatoes into French-fry like wedges, about 1/2" thick. Toss wedges with olive oil and remaining seasonings in a large bowl, until they're evenly coated.
Arrange potatoes in a single layer on baking sheet. Bake at 450 degrees for 15-20 minutes, turning wedges over halfway through cooking time.
