Easy Stir Fry
Heat oil in skillet. Add garlic and pork, a few pieces at a time and cook and stir over high heat about 5 minutes, or until lightly browned. Add peppers, onions and celery and cook and stir over medium heat 5 minutes, or until crisp-tender. Dissolve cornstarch in soy sauce and stir into reserved pineapple syrup; stir into pork mixture, bring quickly to boil, reduce heat and cook a few minutes until thickened. Add pineapple and heat through. Serve at once over Chinese noodles or rice.
