Melt the butter in a kettle
Add the onions, celery, carrots, basil, oregano and granulated garlic, saute until the vegetables are tender
Add the flour to make a roux and continue to cook for a couple of minutes.
Slowly add the heavy cream, beer, water and chicken base and heat to a simmer.
Add the hot sauce and Worcestershire.
Slowly melt the American and Asiago
Add the Bratwurst and continue cooking until they are heated through.
