1 Cover bulgar with warm water and soak for 15 minutes or until it is soft.
2 Chop the parsley and mint finely using a Knife
3 Cut tomatoes into small pieces and green Onion.
4 Combine the Parsley ,Mint,tomatoes and onion .
5 Squeeze the water out of the soaked Bulgar and add it to the mixture .(Do NOT add too much of bulgar) just enough .
6 Squeeze lemon and add salt -pepper to TASTE.
7 Mix all ingredients very well and serve it with Romaine Lettuce use them as a scoops.
