Brown ground beef and onion. Drain grease and add 1 jar chili sauce. Cover the bottom of a 9 x 13 dish with 4 tortilla shells. Top with 1/2 of the meat mixture. Repeat tortilla shells and meat mixture. top with cheddar cheese. Pour 1/2 cup water along sides of dish. Cover and bake at 375 degrees F. for 25 minutes.
