Suggest a better descriptionCook macaroni as directed. Drain. Rinse with cold water. Drain again. Brown hamburger and mix taco seasoning packet following directions on packet. In a large bowl mix macaroni, green pepper, onion cheese, tomatoes, lettuce and seasonings. Chill. Just before serving, stir in war seasoned ground beef, french dressing and chips. Toss lightly. If not eating all in one setting. Add chips directly to each plate. They get too soggy in the leftovers.
