Working on a low-sodium home mixed taco seasoning. Work in progress right now.
If you don't have Chipotle Chili Powder, do not double the regular Chili Powder.
Mix in a bowl- store in tightly closed container. Add to meat for tacos, etc. at about 2 tbl per pound of meat. Of course adjust to taste!
I do it the same way as on the packages. Brown the ground beef or meat, drain and add chopped onions. When the onions are soft add about 2 TBL of the seasoning per pound of meat. Fry it for about 20 seconds and then add 1/4 cup water per pound of meat. Stir and cook until the water is gone.
