Suggest a better description1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees f.
2.Slice peppers in half lengthwise. Remove seeds.
3.I place them in a large pot of boiling water for 3 minutes, then drain very well. Just to make them easier for kids to eat.
4.Place peppers, evenly in a glass baking dish. Set aside.
5.Sauté onions with the oil for 2-3 minutes, then add the turkey in a skillet and cook until just browned.
6.Add the seasoning, and corn (if using) and continue cooking until the meat is just cooked.
7.Drain. Add salsa. Stir.
In a large mixing bowl combine:
8.Your precooked turkey
9.All remaining ingredients
10.2 Tbsp chopped green onions
11.2 Tbsp chopped cilantro
12.4 Tbsp lime Juice
13.sea salt and pepper to taste
14.Combine ingredients, scoop tightly into peppers.
15.Bake at 350 for about 15-20 until heated through.
