1. Snij de knoflook en ui klein.
2. Verhit de olie in de pan op medium vuur. Voeg daarna de knoflook toe (1 min).
3. Voeg de ui toe (1 min).
4. Voeg het gehakt en de kruiden toe (5 min).
5. Snij de tomaten in middelkleine stukjes. Voeg de tomaten, kidney bonen en maïskorrels toe (4 min).
6. Snij de avocado en prak deze fijn. Voeg hieraan zout, peper en een beetje citroensap aan toe.
7. Zet de harde schelpen in de oven (3 min) of zet de tortillas in de magnetron volgens de instructies (1 min)
8. Serveer
