Tasty ribs / sauce
Have butcher remove the thin membrane from back of ribs. Rinse ribs & pat dry. Rub each with salt & pepper and then 1/2 cup brown sugar and make sure its rubbed in. Put rib meat side down in glass pan and pour vinegar over. Cover & refrigerate for 2 hours. Remove and throw out juice. Preheat grill to med/high (one side). You can add wood chips for smoke flavor first hour. Put on hot side & sear 5 minutes. Then transfer to side without direct heat. Close hood and reduce to low and roast 2 hours at 225-250 degrees or oven on baking sheet at 225-250 degree for 1 1/2 - 2 hours.
