Suggest a better descriptionPlace potatoes in ziploc bag. Add oil. Shake to coat, then add soup mix, cheese, salt and pepper. Shake again to mix and coat. Pour into a baking dish. For oven: Bake at 325 degrees F. for 45 minutes (you can reduce the cooking time by microwaving half the time before baking). For grill: Microwave for about 20 minutes. Then at tailgate,(or just time to grill outside), grill potatoes in foil pouch for about 30 minutes, turning frequently.
