Suggest a better description1. preheat oven to 375 degree F.
2. Grease a 15x10 jelly-roll pan, line with wax paper.
3. Grease and flour paper.
Cake:
1. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, cloves, and salt in a small dry bowl.
2. In mixing bowl, beat eggs & sugar until thick.
3. Beat in Pumpkin.
4. Mix in gently dry ingredients.
5. Spread evenly into prepared jelly-roll pan, Sprinkle with nuts if desired.
6. Bake for 13 to 15 minutes or until cake springs back when touched. Immediately loosen from edges of pan.
7. Sprinkle with Powder Sugar, lay a kitchen towel over cake and flip cake over onto towel.
8. Carefully and slowly remove wax paper.
9. Gently roll the cake and towel up together starting at the thinnest end tightly.
10. Cool on wire rack
Filling:
1. Beat room temperature cream cheese, powder sugar, butter, vanilla together in a bowl until smooth.
Finishing Up:
1. Next carefully unroll cool cake; remove towel.
2. Spread cream cheese mixture over cake.
3. Reroll cake.
4. Sprinkle with Powder Sugar and wrap in plastic wrap very well.
5. Chill for a couple of hours .
6. Slice and sprinkle with more powder sugar if desired
7. ENJOY!!!
