Boil noodles until desired consistency.
Cook onions and bell pepppers in skillet until onions are see-through. Add ground beef and cook until thoroughly browned. Stir in seasoning powder and Ragu mix. Reduce heat and cover, simmer until Ragu is heated through.
**I serve with prepackaged ceasar salad mix and garlic toast.
