serves 4-6
Combine breadcrumbs and milk in a bowl. Add turkey, egg, onion, seasonings and catsup. Mix well and pat into a small meatloaf pan. Bake at 350 40 minutes. Combine glaze ingredients and spoon over meatloaf. Bake 20 additional minutes.
To microwave:
Combine ingredients. Patt into round microwave-safe dish. Cover with waxed paper. Cook at High (100% power) 15 to 17 minutes, rotating dish 1/4 turn every 4 minutes. Halfway through cooking time, combine glaze ingredients and spoon over meatloaf; continue cooking, uncovered. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
