Suggest a better description1 Preheat oven to 200C, gas mark 6. Combine flour and salt in a bowl. Measure milk and oil and add to flour mixture. Mix briskly until dough has formed.
2 Line tart dish with pastry and bake for 10min blindly with baking beans. Remove beans and bake for another 10-15min.
