Sweet tender flake tart shell dough
Use pastry dough cutter to thoroughly mix ingredients together, lightly flour surface when rolling dough to prevent sticking and roll to just less than about 1/8 th of an inch thick.
Put into tart pan shells after cutting in 3 1/2" circles, and lightly press into the pan. Fill with favourite filling and bake.
