Suggest a better descriptionWash wild rice in cold water and drain. Sauté lightly the onion, mushrooms, celery, green and red peppers and wild rice in some of butter. Meanwhile, brown almonds in remainder of butter. Put in greased 3 quart casserole and stir in broth that has been heated. Add almonds and mix well. Bake 325 for 1 1/2 hours or till liquid is absorbed and rice grains are puffed open. Serves 6.
