Suggest a better descriptionSift the flour into a bowl and make a well in the centre. Add some salt and pepper. Pour 175ml very cold water, vinegar and beaten egg into the well. Whisk the liquids together then gradually whisk in the flour from the sides to make a smooth batter. Strain the batter through a fine sieve before using.
