Suggest a better description1) Cut the Chicken into thin bite-sized strips. Sprinkle with Salt and let rest 5 minutes. Peel & cut the potato into bite-sized pieces, rinse briefly with water, wrap with cling film and microwave for about 90 seconds,
2) Put a little oil in a frying pan and put in the chicken pieces skin side down. Fry until browned. Put the microwaved potatoes in the gaps between the chicken. Add Sugar, Mirin, Soy Sauce & Butter to the pan and mix well.
3) Turn off the heat.
