Peal, pit and mash avocados in a bowl and combine with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Combine sour cream. mayonnaise, taco seasoning.
Layer casserole dish with beans, top with avocado mixture. Next layer with sour cream/taco mix. Sprinkle with chopped onions, tomatoes and olives. Cover with shredded cheese. Serve chilled.
