Carol Chidester's Recipe - Weight Watchers
Drain and rinse: black beans, black-eyes peas, white corn
Cut very fine: jalapenos, onion, celery, green and red peppers.
Boil: water, salt, pepper, vinegar and sugar
Cool boiled mixture completely before pouring over the beans and vegetables. Marinate in refrigerator for 24 hours. Drain what you need before serving. Caviar is good in the refrigerator for up to 1 month. Keep the marinate over the mixture while storing it.
Marinating will increase the liquid
