Peanut butter coconut thai chicken with broccoli or snow peas
To make sauce: Mix soy sauce, sugar, peanut butter, milk, lime, and chicken broth
Brown onion, garlic, and ginger; Brown chicken and add sauce above. Then add snow peas, broccoli, and carrots and garnish with cilantro. Serve with rice or asian noodles.
