On stove top: Cook onion till soft, add curry paste add stock and veges, Cook till soft.
In slow cooker: throw all in crockpot, cook till soft. Leah Dora's on either high or low, depending on time, or until Kumara cooked.
Purée and add coconut cream last, reheat till hit.
