Sauté onion in olive oil til soft. Add tomato paste, pumpkin, ginger, garlic, broth, coconut cream and coconut milk. Combine until thoroughly heated through.
Place in Vitamix container. Add chilies and lemon juice.
Purée.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Garnish with chopped cilantro, peanuts and sour cream.
