In a medium bowl dice tomatoes, tomatillo, and green onions. Add chopped cilantro, garlic powder, cumin, salt, sugar, and lime juice. Stir to mix well. Refrigerate until chilled, about an hour or overnight for optimum flavor. Serve with tortilla chips. Yields about 3 cups.
