Rich and Creamy Chicken Tortilla Soup
In blender, combine un-drained Tomatoes, Onion, Garlic, Cilantro and Sugar until smooth.
Put into large pot with Chicken Broth, Chicken and Chipotle Peppers. Bring to a boil, cover and reduce to simmer for 20 minutes.
In the meantime, slice Flour Tortillas into very thin strips and fry until golden brown, Sprinkle with salt after removing from oil.
Place Shredded Cheese on bottom of bowl, ladle soup on top, finish with Avocados, Sour Cream and Tortilla Strips
