Add in mashed potatoes and this was my favorite meal growing up. This is a doctored version of what Mom would cook.

1. Place ham in a roasting pan and put enough water to cover the bottom of the pan. Cook in the oven for about 1 hour at 350 degrees.
2. While you let the ham rest, put both cans of green beans in a pot. Add onion powder, salt, and pepper. Heat until it is almost boiling.
Of course, you should add potatoes for a complete meal. You can roast some along with the ham if you either pre-boil, or cut, them. If you do, add some butter, salt, and pepper. Or make some mashed potatoes, my go-to.
