Suggest a better description• Add 2 tbsp oil into a pan and heat. Add fenugreek seeds, cumin seeds and asafetida, do not let the seeds burn. Lower the heat.
• Add green chilies and ginger, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, fennel seeds, red chili powder and coriander powder.
• Add chopped tomatoes, salt and stir. Cover it and let it cook for 10 mins until tomatoes are soft. Add sugar and cook further few more minutes.
• Serve with rice, roti or bread.
