Suggest a better description1. Heat oven to 425°F. Coat a shallow 1 1/2 to 2-quart baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
2. Place croutons in a reclosable plastic bag; crush to a coarse-crumb. Combine the tomatoes, 1/2 of croutons, thyme and 1 Tbsp. olive oil. Toss gently and spoon evenly in prepared baking dish.
3. Toss together remaining crushed croutons, Parmesan cheese and 2 Tbsp. oil in a small bowl. Sprinkle crouton mixture over tomatoes. Bake 18 minutes or until golden brown.
