Healthy fresh tomatoes sauce
1. Heat oil in a heavy based pan and cook the onion over a moderate heat for 5 minutes.
2. Add flour to the pan, cook for 30 seconds.
3. Add the chopped tomatoes and all the other ingredients.
4. Bring to the boil, reduce heat and simmer, partially covered for 45 minutes.
5. Use as sauce for pasta or as a base for pizza toppings.
