Tilapia fried in tortilla shells.
1.) Create batter by seperately putting the flour, egg, and ground tortilla shell in different bowls in that exact order.
2.) Cut the fish into 2 inch pieces.
3.) Evenly coat each piece in the flour first, then the egg, and the ground tortilla shells last set aside on a plate.
4.) Heat oil to 350 degrees.
5.) Fry the fish in the oil for 3 - 5 minutes on each side, each side is golden brown.
6.) Place fish into taco shells, seve topped with guacamole and feta cheese.
