Suggest a better descriptionBoil hen in salt water with onions and celery. Cook down until you have about 1 cup of broth. Let cool and chop chicken in small pieces. Add chopped bell peppers, onions, 1/2 can tomatoes, chicken broth and can of chicken soup. Mix chopped chicken in with ingredients. Place one layer of tortillas in casserole and layer chicken mixture alternating until filled ending with tortillas on top. Sprinkle with grated cheese and chili power. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve with tossed green salad.
