In a larger bowl, using an electric mixer on high speed beat brown sugar and eggs for 1 minute or until will combined. Beat in flour mixture alternately with molasses mixture, making three additions of flour and two of molasses, until will combined.
Drop by tablespoonfuls about 2 inches apart on a well greased cookie sheet or a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 350 for 10 to 12 minutes pr until centres springs back when lightly pressed.
