Made this for Kelli's first family Thanksgiving.
Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a large bowl, combine filling ingredients, mixing well. Prepare pie crust according to package directions. Pour prepared filling into pie crust. Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 425 reduce oven temp to 375 and continue baking 40 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool pie before cutting. Garnish with whipped topping and nuts if desired. Refrigerate any leftovers
