Ingredients:
• 2 quarts of white meat chicken (cooked & cut up)
• 2 lbs. seedless grapes
• 2 cups of celery diced/sliced
• 2 cups of slivered almonds toasted
• 3 cups of mayonnaise
• 1 tsp. curry
• 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
• 2 apples diced or add some pineapple tidbits
Combine:
Mayonnaise, Curry, Soy Sauce.
Mix sauce with chicken pieces.
Add in grapes, celery, apples and almonds, reserving some for top, if you wish.
Chill several hours.
Make 12 or more generous servings
