Pat steelhead portions dry, then season with salt and pepper. Place portions skin side down on parchment. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145 F registered by a meat thermometer.
While steelhead bakes, place all salsa verde ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine. Season with salt to taste.
Place steelhead portions on plates and spoon salsa verde on top. Makes 4 servings.
