Mix water, sugar, butter, and milk in sauce pan. Bring to 120°.
Combine 3 1/2 cups of flour and yeast. Add eggs and salt.
Beat all for 3 minutes. Add 3 more cups of flour. Beat 3 minutes more.
Let rise until double.
Shape into 5 rounds and let rise again. Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes.
