Suggest a better descriptionAdd potato chips to ziplock bag. Preheat oven to 425. Bring water to boil. Boil rotini for 9 minutes. Drain, add to 9x13 cassarole dish. Brown onion in skillet. Add garlic, peas. When the peas look warmed add the mushrooms and tuna, then seasonings and liquids. Simmer for 10 minutes. Add to pasta and cheese and mix well. Top with cheese, then crushed potato chips. Bake for 15 minutes, checking at 10, until bubbling and potato chips are slightly browned. Sprinkle with paprika and green onions.
