Creamy, cheesy tuna casserole with peas
Preheat oven to 425°
1. Cook noodles 75% of the way. Follow instructions on noodles.
2. Dice Onions and celery
3. Sauté onions in celery in butter and remove from heat once tender
4. Drain noodles
5. Combine noodles, onion mix, Peas, cream of mushroom, milk, cheddar cheese, and parsley in a mixing bowl.
6. Spread out mix over 3 Qt dish
7. Melt butter for crumb topping
8. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, panko crumbs, cheddar cheese, and parsley in a small bowl.
9. Sprinkle crumb topping on top of noodle mix
10. Bake in oven for 20 minutes
