Sort of a sandwich version of the salad, But better. This might also be good with some chutney with or maybe in place of the avocado
Toast the brioche roll. Spread some of the mashed avocado on it, then stack turkey, apple slices and bacon. Place cheese on top and place under broiler just long enough to melt the cheese. That's it.
