A Tasty Turky Salad
1. In a large saute pan, heat oil. Stir-fry peppers. Add turkey, tomato, garlic and onion; continue to stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.
2. Add green beans, vinegar and chickpeas. Combine well.
3. Place in a shallow bowl, season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with fresh greens.
